Instructions

Thinly slice the beef strips (2 minutes). Shred the cabbage, julienne the carrot, and mince the onion and garlic (3 minutes).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the beef strips and sear for 3 minutes until browned on all sides.

Add the minced onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in the shredded cabbage and julienned carrots. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly softened.
