Rinse 100g of buckwheat under cold water. Bring 200ml of water to a boil in a small pot, add the buckwheat, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12 minutes until water is absorbed (approx. 1 minute prep + 12 minutes cook).

While the buckwheat cooks, thinly slice 200g of beef into strips (approx. 2 minutes).

Wash and slice 200g of bell peppers and 100g of onion (approx. 3 minutes).
