Pre-cooked Beef Strips175 g
Large Lettuce Leaves or Lactose-Free Wraps2 pcs
Pre-shredded Carrot and Cabbage Mix100 g
Canned Corn (drained)50 g
Lactose-Free Hummus35 g
Tahini10 g
Water15 ml
Lemon Juice15 ml
Salt0 g
Black Pepper0 g
Fresh Cilantro (chopped)0 g

Instructions

If using lettuce leaves, arrange them flat. If using wraps, warm slightly if desired.

Divide the pre-cooked beef strips, pre-shredded carrot and cabbage mix, and canned corn between the lettuce leaves or wraps.

Add a dollop of lactose-free hummus to each.

In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, water, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a quick sauce.

Drizzle the tahini sauce over the filling.
