Quick Beef and Cabbage Skillet with Caraway

Instructions

Finely chop the onion (150g) and garlic (16g). Shred the cabbage (400g) and grate the carrots (100g). (7 minutes)

Heat olive oil (20ml) in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef (400g) and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat. (5 minutes cook)

Add the chopped onion (150g) to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic (16g), caraway seeds (2g), and tomato paste (30g) and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant. (4 minutes cook)

Add the shredded cabbage (400g) and grated carrots (100g) to the skillet. Pour in the beef broth (200ml), salt (3g), and black pepper (1g).
