Quick Beef and Cabbage Sauté
Tender strips of beef quickly sautéed with crisp, seasonal cabbage and aromatic vegetables, finished with a savory sauce for a satisfying and speedy meal.

- Beef175 g
- Onion50 g
- Garlic5 g
- Carrot75 g
- Olive Oil10 ml
- Black Pepper1 g
- Cabbage150 g
- Soy Sauce15 ml
- Vegetable Broth50 ml
Instructions

Thinly slice 350g of beef against the grain into strips. Shred 300g of cabbage, thinly slice 100g of onion, mince 10g of garlic, and julienne 150g of carrot. (5 minutes)

Heat 20ml of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef strips and sear for 3 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside. (3 minutes)

Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, shredded cabbage, and julienned carrot to the same skillet. Sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften but still have a slight bite. (5 minutes)

Return the beef to the skillet. Pour in 30ml of soy sauce and 100ml of vegetable broth. Stir well and cook for 1 minute until the sauce slightly reduces and coats the beef and vegetables. (1 minute)

Season with 2g of black pepper. Serve immediately.
