Chop the onion (4 minutes). Chop the bell pepper (4 minutes). Mince the garlic (2 minutes). Drain and rinse the kidney beans and black beans (3 minutes). Measure spices and liquids (2 minutes). Total Prep: 4+4+2+3+2 = 15 minutes.
