- Shredded carrot100 g
- Bell pepper100 g

- Apple cider vinegar15 ml

- Pre-made seitan300 g
- Canned kidney beans (drained and rinsed)250 g
- Canned corn (drained and rinsed)200 g
- Shredded cabbage100 g
- Pumpkin seeds50 g
- Nutritional yeast30 g
- Smoked paprika5 g
Instructions

If seitan is in large pieces, slice or dice it.

Quickly chop the bell pepper.

In a large bowl, combine seitan, drained and rinsed kidney beans, drained and rinsed corn, shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, and chopped bell pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
