Pork Tenderloin400 g
Brown Rice60 g
Bell Pepper150 g
Broccoli150 g
Carrot50 g
Soy Sauce15 ml
Sesame Oil5 ml
Ginger10 g
Garlic10 g
Olive Oil10 ml

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the quick-cook brown rice according to package instructions. While rice cooks, slice pork tenderloin into thin strips.

Step 2: Dice bell pepper, chop broccoli into small florets, and julienne or thinly slice carrot. Mince ginger and garlic.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add pork strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove pork from the pan and set aside.

Step 4: Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, minced ginger, and minced garlic to the same pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Step 5: Return pork to the pan. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together for 1 minute to combine and heat through.

Step 6: Serve the stir-fry immediately over the cooked brown rice.
