Instructions

Cut the pork loin into 2 cm thick medallions (2 minutes). Season generously with 2g salt, 2g pepper, and 2g paprika (1 minute).

Peel and thinly slice the onion (1 minute). Mince the garlic (0.5 minutes). Core and slice the apple (1 minute). Thinly slice the cabbage (2 minutes). Peel and dice potatoes into 1.5 cm cubes (2 minutes).

Heat 7.5ml of olive oil in a large pan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat (0.5 minutes). Sear the pork medallions for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown (7 minutes). Remove pork from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining 7.5ml of olive oil to the pan (0.5 minutes). Add diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
