Pork and Paprika Cabbage Stir-Fry

Ingredients (Serves 1)

Pork200 g
Cabbage150 g
Bell Pepper80 g
Onion50 g
Olive Oil15 ml
Garlic5 g
Paprika8 g
Vegetable Broth100 ml
Vinegar10 ml
Salt2 g
Pepper1 g

Instructions

Slice the pork (200 g) into thin strips. Season with salt (1 g) and pepper (0.5 g).

Thinly slice the cabbage (150 g), bell pepper (80 g), and onion (50 g). Mince the garlic (5 g).

Heat half of the olive oil (7.5 ml) in a large pan or wok over high heat for 2 minutes.

Add the pork strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove pork from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining olive oil (7.5 ml) to the pan. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add the sliced cabbage and minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is slightly wilted but still has some crunch.

Return the pork to the pan. Sprinkle paprika (8 g) over the ingredients and stir for 1 minute.

Pour in the vegetable broth (100 ml) and vinegar (10 ml). Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until the sauce slightly thickens.

Taste and adjust seasoning with remaining salt (1 g) and pepper (0.5 g) if needed.
