- Vinegar10 ml

- Pork200 g
- Cabbage150 g
- Paprika8 g
- Vegetable Broth100 ml
Instructions

Slice the pork (200 g) into thin strips. Season with salt (1 g) and pepper (0.5 g).

Thinly slice the cabbage (150 g), bell pepper (80 g), and onion (50 g). Mince the garlic (5 g).

Heat half of the olive oil (7.5 ml) in a large pan or wok over high heat for 2 minutes.

Add the pork strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove pork from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining olive oil (7.5 ml) to the pan. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
