Pork and Braised Cabbage Skillet with Potatoes

Ingredients (Serves 1)

Pork Loin150 g
Cabbage200 g
Potato150 g
Onion50 g
Garlic2 cloves
Olive Oil10 ml
Vegetable Broth50 ml
Paprika1 tsp
Salt0.5 tsp
Black Pepper0.3 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Slice pork loin into thin strips. Quarter and thinly slice the cabbage. Peel and dice the potato into 1-inch cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork strips and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Add chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes until softened. Add garlic, diced potatoes, and sliced cabbage. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour in vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and cabbage is softened.

Step 4: Return pork to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through. Serve hot.
