Pork and Braised Cabbage Skillet with Potatoes

- Pork Loin150 g
- Cabbage200 g
- Potato150 g
- Vegetable Broth50 ml

Step 1: Slice pork loin into thin strips. Quarter and thinly slice the cabbage. Peel and dice the potato into 1-inch cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
