broccoli florets170 g
asparagus spears120 g
mushroom120 g
onion60 g
olive oil35 ml

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cut the raw chicken breast into large chunks or leave whole if preferred.

Trim the ends off the asparagus spears. Cut the broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces. Quarter the mushrooms and cut the onion into wedges.

In a large bowl, toss the chicken and all the vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, onion) with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, ensuring everything is evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned chicken and vegetables in a single layer on a large baking tray.
