Pan-Seared Turkey Cutlets with Sautéed Green Beans & Mushroom and Lemon-Herb Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 2)

Turkey Breast Cutlet200 g
Green Bean125 g
Mushroom100 g
Olive Oil17.5 ml
Garlic5 g
Lemon15 ml
Fresh Parsley5 g
Chicken Broth50 ml
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Pat turkey cutlets dry and season generously with salt and black pepper.

Trim green beans and slice mushrooms. Mince garlic and finely chop fresh parsley.

Heat half of the olive oil (17.5ml) in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey cutlets and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove turkey from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining olive oil (17.5ml) to the same skillet. Add green beans and mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Deglaze the pan with chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in fresh parsley.

Return turkey cutlets to the pan and spoon the sauce and vegetables over them. Serve immediately.
