- Garlic5 g
- Olive Oil17.5 ml
- Lemon15 ml
- Salt1 pinch
- Black Pepper1 pinch
- Turkey Breast Cutlet200 g
- Green Bean125 g
- Mushroom100 g
- Fresh Parsley5 g
Instructions

Pat turkey cutlets dry and season generously with salt and black pepper.

Trim green beans and slice mushrooms. Mince garlic and finely chop fresh parsley.

Heat half of the olive oil (17.5ml) in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey cutlets and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove turkey from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining olive oil (17.5ml) to the same skillet. Add green beans and mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
