Cabbage300 g
Lemon0.5 pcs
Dill5 g
Olive Oil10 ml
Salt1 g

Instructions

1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and black pepper. (1 minute)

2. Finely shred the cabbage. Roughly chop the fresh dill. Slice the lemon in half. (3 minutes)

3. Heat 10 ml of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add salmon fillets skin-side down (if applicable) and sear for 3 minutes until skin is crispy and golden. (3 minutes)

4. Meanwhile, place the shredded cabbage in a pot with a splash of water (about 50 ml). Cover and steam over medium-high heat for 4 minutes until tender-crisp. (4 minutes)

5. Flip the salmon fillets and cook for another 3 minutes, or until cooked through to your desired doneness. (3 minutes)

6. Drain any excess water from the cabbage. Stir in the chopped dill. Serve the salmon immediately alongside the steamed cabbage, with a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice. (1 minute)
