- Pork tenderloin150 g
- Parsnips150 g
- Parsley5 g
Instructions

Step 1: Slice the pork tenderloin into 2.5 cm thick medallions. Peel and slice parsnips into thin rounds. Chop the onion, mince the garlic, and chop the fresh parsley. (5 minutes)

Step 2: Heat half of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork medallions with salt and pepper. Add pork to the hot skillet and sear for 3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove pork from skillet and set aside. (6 minutes)

Step 3: Add the remaining olive oil to the same skillet. Add sliced parsnips and chopped onion. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until parsnips are tender-crisp and onions are translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant. (6 minutes)
