- Pork Loin170 g
- Potato230 g
- Paprika0.5 tsp

Step 1: Slice pork loin into 1-inch thick medallions. Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Step 2: Wash and dice potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes. Peel and slice carrots into thin rounds or half-moons.

Step 3: Heat half of the olive oil (5g) in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork medallions and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove pork from the pan and set aside.
