Pan-Seared Pork Loin with Sautéed Potatoes and Carrots

Pork Loin170 g
Potato230 g
Carrot100 g
Olive Oil10 g
Garlic Powder0.5 tsp
Paprika0.5 tsp
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Step 1: Slice pork loin into 1-inch thick medallions. Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Step 2: Wash and dice potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes. Peel and slice carrots into thin rounds or half-moons.

Step 3: Heat half of the olive oil (5g) in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork medallions and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove pork from the pan and set aside.

Step 4: Add the remaining olive oil (5g) to the same skillet. Add diced potatoes and carrots. Sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: Serve the pan-seared pork loin medallions alongside the sautéed potatoes and carrots.
