Pork Loin500 g
Green Beans250 g
Cherry Tomatoes200 g
Garlic10 g
Olive Oil40 ml
Salt2 g
Pepper1 g
Thyme4 g

Instructions

Pat the pork loin dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and thyme (2 minutes).

Trim the ends off the green beans (3 minutes). Halve the cherry tomatoes (2 minutes). Mince the garlic (1 minute).

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the pork loin and sear for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (check for internal temperature of 63°C), total 10 minutes (10 minutes).

Remove the pork from the pan and let it rest on a cutting board (rest time is included in total cook time for planning) (0 minutes).

Add the green beans and minced garlic to the same pan (1 minute). Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the beans are slightly tender-crisp (4 minutes).

Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until they just start to soften (2 minutes). Season the vegetables with a pinch of salt and pepper (0 minutes).

Slice the rested pork loin (1 minute). Divide the sliced pork and sautéed vegetables between two plates (1 minute).
