Pork Loin200 g
Potato200 g
Cabbage150 g
Onion50 g
Garlic2 clove
Olive Oil10 ml
Paprika2 g
Caraway Seeds1 g
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Cut pork loin into 1-inch thick medallions. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Peel and dice potatoes into small cubes (about 1 cm). Shred cabbage. Thinly slice onion and mince garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add pork medallions and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove pork from the pan and set aside.

Add diced potatoes to the same pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften and brown.

Add sliced onion, shredded cabbage, minced garlic, and caraway seeds to the pan. Sauté for another 3-5 minutes until cabbage is tender-crisp.

Return pork medallions to the pan with the vegetables. Toss gently to combine and heat through for 1 minute.
