- Pork loin175 g
- Potatoes125 g
- Parsnips75 g
- Cabbage150 g
- Vegetable broth50 ml
- Paprika1 g
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C. Wash and peel potatoes, carrots, and parsnips. Dice into 1.5 cm cubes (4 minutes). Toss with 10 ml olive oil, 1 g salt, and 0.5 g pepper on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 18 minutes.

While vegetables roast, thinly slice the cabbage and dice half of the onion (3 minutes). Mince the garlic (1 minute).

Season the pork loin with remaining salt, pepper, and paprika (1 minute).

Heat 5 ml olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (1 minute). Sear the pork loin for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

To the same skillet, add the diced onion and sliced cabbage. Sauté for 4 minutes until slightly softened. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
