Spinach150 g
Potatoes200 g
Garlic5 g
Olive Oil15 ml
Lemon30 ml
Salt1 g

Instructions

Wash and peel the potatoes (takes 2 minutes).

Cut the potatoes into roughly equal-sized pieces (takes 1 minute).

Place potatoes in a small pot, cover with cold water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil (takes 5-7 minutes).

While potatoes cook, pat the fish fillet dry with paper towels (takes 1 minute).

Season the fish fillet generously with salt and pepper (takes 1 minute).

Finely chop the garlic (takes 1 minute).

Heat 10 ml of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat (takes 1 minute).

Once hot, carefully place the fish fillet in the pan and sear for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until cooked through and flaky (takes 10 minutes).

While the fish sears, check on the potatoes. Once tender when pierced with a fork, drain them (takes 0.5 minutes).

In a separate pan or the same pan after removing the fish, add the remaining 5 ml of olive oil over medium heat (takes 0.5 minutes).
