- Quick-Cook Couscous80 g
- Asparagus150 g
Instructions

Step 1: Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips. Season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Step 2: In a small saucepan, bring 160ml of beef broth to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in the quick-cook couscous, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes until the liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.

Step 3: While the couscous cooks, heat 6ml of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and sear for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
