Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven or air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Toss green beans with 5ml olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.

Step 3: Heat 10ml olive oil and butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once shimmering, carefully place the cod in the pan.
