Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.

While water heats, pat chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat 30ml of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken breasts and sear for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 74°C). Remove chicken from skillet and let rest on a cutting board.
