Instructions

Slice the chicken breast into strips. Thinly slice the cabbage, core and slice the apple, slice the onion, and mince the garlic. Chop the fresh dill. (5 minutes)

Heat half of the olive oil (11.5ml) in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and pan-sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. (4 minutes)

Add the remaining olive oil (11.5ml) to the same skillet. Add the sliced onion and cook for 1 minute until softened. Add the minced garlic and caraway seeds, cooking for another 30 seconds until fragrant. (1.5 minutes)

Add the shredded cabbage and sliced apple to the skillet. Pour in the vegetable broth and apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 3 minutes until cabbage is tender-crisp. (3 minutes)
