- Zucchini200 g
- Corn150 g
Instructions

Pat the chicken breast dry and season generously with salt and pepper. Slice the zucchini into half-moons.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast and sear for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside to rest.
