Broccoli325 g
Cherry Tomato275 g

Garlic12.5 g
Soya Sauce30 ml
Dried Oregano0.5 tsp
Salt0.3 tsp
Black Pepper0.1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Press the tofu to remove excess water. Cut into 1-inch cubes. Chop broccoli into florets. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Mince the garlic.

Step 3: In a large bowl, combine tofu, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, soya sauce, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Step 4: Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 5: Roast for 10-12 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp and tofu is golden brown, stirring once halfway through. Serve hot.
