Instructions

Preheat your oven to 190°C. This takes approximately 10 minutes.

Wash the courgettes (316g). Cut them lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and some of the flesh, leaving about a 1 cm shell. This takes approximately 5 minutes.

Finely chop the onion (70g) and mince the garlic (5g). Chop the tomatoes (83g). This takes approximately 5 minutes.

Drain and rinse the black beans (53g). This takes approximately 1 minute.
