- Oregano1 g

- Zucchini50 g
- Lime30 ml
- Cumin3 g
- Chili Powder3 g
Instructions

Cook the rice according to package directions (start cooking rice now, takes about 15-20 min).

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips (3 min). Slice the onion and pepper into thin strips (5 min). Dice the zucchini (2 min).

In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with half of the oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper (5 min). Let marinate while you start cooking (minimum 5 min).

Heat the remaining oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat (1 min). Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

Remove chicken from the pan and set aside. Add the sliced onion, pepper, and diced zucchini to the same pan. Sauté until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 6-8 minutes.
