Instructions

Cut the beef into 2.5 cm cubes (5 minutes).

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the marinade (3 minutes).

Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes while you prepare the vegetables (30 minutes marinating time).

Thread the marinated beef cubes, bell pepper chunks, onion pieces, courgette pieces, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating ingredients (10 minutes).
