- Turkey (ground, lean)220 g
- Cumin (ground)2 g
- Coriander (ground)2 g
- Dill (fresh)5 g
- Couscous40 g
- Water60 ml

Finely chop the onion and garlic (3 minutes). Finely chop the dill and grate the cucumber (3 minutes). Squeeze excess water from the grated cucumber (1 minute).

In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined (2 minutes). Form the mixture into 2-3 oval kofta patties (1 minute).

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the kofta patties and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through (12 minutes total cooking time).

While the kofta cooks, make the sauce: In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well (2 minutes).
