- Spinach100 g

- Sardines90 g

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta. This takes about 5 minutes.

While water heats, finely chop the garlic (5 g) and chili (2 g). Wash the spinach (100 g). This takes about 5 minutes.

Cook the pasta (70 g) according to package directions until al dente, typically 8-12 minutes. Drain, reserving about 50 ml of pasta water. This takes about 10 minutes (including cooking time).
