Cherry Tomatoes50 g

Lemon Juice15 ml

Instructions

Cook quinoa according to package directions; set aside.

Cut chicken breast into 1-inch cubes. Chop bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion into similar-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine chicken and vegetables with olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating ingredients.

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp and slightly charred.
