Olive Oil30 ml
Vinegar10 ml
Crusty Bread60 g

Instructions

Wash and quickly chop the cucumber and bell pepper (1 minute).

Arrange the mixed greens, tomatoes, chopped cucumber and bell pepper, feta cheese, and prosciutto on plates.

Whisk together olive oil and vinegar and drizzle over the salad.
