Instructions

Drain and rinse the cannellini beans and chickpeas (3 minutes). Drain the canned tuna.

Wash and chop the bell pepper, tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces (7 minutes).

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing (3 minutes).

In a large bowl, combine the drained beans, chickpeas, tuna, chopped vegetables, and olives. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine (2 minutes).
