Onion50 g
Bell Pepper100 g

Instructions

Drain the mackerel, reserving a small amount of the oil if desired. Drain and rinse the white beans thoroughly (1 minute).

Finely dice the onion (2 minutes).

Dice the bell pepper (3 minutes).

Finely chop the fresh parsley (1 minute).

In a bowl, gently flake the mackerel. Add the drained white beans, diced onion, bell pepper, and chopped parsley. Drizzle with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Gently mix to combine, being careful not to break up the fish too much (1 minute).
