Potato125 g
Carrot75 g
Onion50 g

Paprika0.5 tbsp
Garlic1 clove
Chicken Broth50 ml
Parsley0.5 tbsp
Salt0.5 tsp
Black Pepper0.3 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Dice chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. Peel and dice potatoes and carrots into small, even cubes. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and season with half of the salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Add diced potatoes, carrots, and onion to the same skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables start to soften. Add minced garlic and paprika, stir for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 4: Return chicken to the skillet. Pour in chicken broth, cover, and let it simmer for 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
