Ljubljana-style Chicken and Root Vegetable Skillet

- Chicken Broth50 ml
- Carrot75 g
- Onion50 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Olive Oil12.5 ml

- Potato125 g
- Paprika0.5 tbsp
- Parsley0.5 tbsp
Instructions

Step 1: Dice chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. Peel and dice potatoes and carrots into small, even cubes. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and season with half of the salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
