Smoked Pork Tenderloin200 g
Sauerkraut150 g
Cannellini Beans250 g
Potato50 g
Onion50 g
Garlic6 g
Olive Oil5 ml
Paprika5 g
Bay Leaf1
Vegetable Broth200 ml
Salt2 g
Black Pepper1 g

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

2. Add diced smoked pork tenderloin and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Stir in sweet paprika.

3. Add rinsed sauerkraut, rinsed cannellini beans, diced potato, bay leaf, and vegetable broth. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

5. Remove bay leaf before serving.
