Low Sodium Soy Sauce11.8 ml

Garlic3.8 g
Sesame Oil1.4 ml

Instructions

Step 1: Cook brown rice according to package instructions. While rice cooks, slice the lean lamb loin into thin strips.

Step 2: Mince garlic and ginger. Slice wild garlic, spring onions, and bell pepper.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add lamb strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove lamb from the pan and set aside.

Step 4: Add bell pepper, spring onions, minced garlic, and ginger to the same pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 5: Return lamb to the pan. Add wild garlic and low sodium soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until wild garlic wilts. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss to combine.
