Ground Turkey220 g
Bell Pepper100 g
Zucchini100 g
Broccoli100 g
Soy Sauce30 ml
Ginger10 g
Garlic10 g
Sesame Oil5 ml

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare brown rice according to package instructions. While rice cooks, mince ginger and garlic, and chop bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2: Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Step 3: Add chopped bell pepper, zucchini, broccoli, minced ginger, and garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 4: Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through. Serve the stir-fry over the cooked brown rice.
