Black Beans200 g
Bell Pepper100 g
Onion50 g
Lettuce100 g
Salsa50 g
Olive Oil0.5 tbsp
Cumin2 g
Chili Powder3 g
Corn75 g

Instructions

Step 1: Dice the bell pepper and onion. Rinse and drain the black beans.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook for 7-8 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through.

Step 3: Drain any excess fat. Add diced bell pepper, onion, corn, cumin, and chili powder to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.

Step 4: Stir in the black beans and salsa. Cook for 1-2 minutes more, until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: Separate lettuce leaves. Spoon the turkey and bean mixture into the lettuce cups and serve immediately.
