Leeks150 g
Onion50 g
Garlic5 g

Vegetable broth50 ml
Fresh thyme2.5 g

Instructions

1. Prepare vegetables: Trim and thinly slice the white and light green parts of the leeks (2 minutes). Peel and chop the onion (1.5 minutes). Mince the garlic (1.5 minutes). (Total 5 minutes prep)

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, for 4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat. (4 minutes)

3. Add the sliced leeks, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the skillet with the turkey. Sauté for 3 minutes until the vegetables soften. (3 minutes)

4. Pour in the vegetable broth and add fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 1 minute to allow flavors to meld. (1 minute)
