Lean Ground Pork150 g
Potatoes200 g
White Cabbage200 g
Onion0.5 medium
Garlic1 clove
Olive Oil10 ml
Paprika0.5 tbsp
Caraway Seeds0.5 tsp
Salt0 to taste
Pepper0 to taste

Instructions

Peel and dice potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Boil in lightly salted water for 8-10 minutes until tender, then drain.

While potatoes boil, finely chop onion and mince garlic. Thinly slice cabbage.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or deep pan over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain any excess fat.

Add chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, and caraway seeds to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add sliced cabbage to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage softens (about 5-7 minutes).

Stir in the drained potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors. Serve hot.
