Corn40 g
Brown Rice30 g

Red Onion15 g
Salsa60 ml
Olive Oil5 ml
Cumin2 g
Chili Powder2 g
Garlic Powder2 g

Instructions

Cook brown rice according to package directions. (Cook time for this recipe focuses on beef and assembly).

While rice cooks, dice the tomato, shred the lettuce, and finely chop the red onion.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add lean ground beef and cook for 7-8 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon, until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
