Potatoes250 g
Carrot70 g
Onion50 g
Garlic10 g

Beef Broth150 ml
Olive Oil10 g
Dried Thyme1 g

Instructions

Step 1: Peel and dice potatoes and carrots into 1/2-inch cubes. Mince onion and garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or deep pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Step 3: Add diced onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables start to soften slightly.

Step 4: Stir in tomato paste, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Pour in beef broth. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Serve hot.
