Instructions

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Thinly slice the cabbage and bell pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain any excess fat.

Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
