Quinoa40 g
Cabbage200 g
Onion50 g
Carrot50 g

Olive Oil5 ml
Chicken Broth50 ml
Paprika1 tsp
Caraway Seeds0.5 tsp
Salt0.5 tsp
Black Pepper0.3 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Rinse quinoa thoroughly under cold water. Cook quinoa according to package instructions (typically 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water) until all water is absorbed and quinoa is fluffy, about 15 minutes. Set aside.

Step 2: Dice chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. Thinly slice the cabbage, onion, and carrots. Mince the garlic.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

Step 4: Add onion, carrots, and cabbage to the same skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

Step 5: Stir in minced garlic, paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until fragrant.

Step 6: Return chicken to the pan. Pour in chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp.
