Beef Sirloin125 g
Whole Wheat Spaghetti60 g
Broccoli75 g
Carrot40 g
Spring Onion25 g
Soy Sauce1 tbsp
Ginger5 g
Garlic1 clove
Sesame Oil0.3 tsp
Olive Oil0.3 tbsp

Instructions

Cook whole wheat spaghetti according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

Slice beef sirloin into thin strips. Chop broccoli florets, slice carrots into matchsticks, and thinly slice spring onions.

Mince ginger and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef from pan and set aside.

Add broccoli and carrots to the pan, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Add spring onions, ginger, and garlic, and stir-fry for another minute.

Return beef to the pan. Add cooked spaghetti, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
