Lean Beef Stir-fry with Broccoli & Bell Pepper

Ingredients (Serves 1)

Lean Beef Sirloin200 g
Broccoli150 g
Bell Pepper100 g
Onion50 g
Soy Sauce2 tbsp
Ginger10 g
Garlic10 g
Olive Oil0.5 tbsp
Brown Rice80 g

Instructions

Step 1: Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips. Chop the broccoli into florets, slice the bell pepper and onion, mince the garlic and ginger.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add beef strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Add broccoli, bell pepper, and onion to the same pan. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Step 4: Return the beef to the pan. Add minced garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Step 5: Serve the beef and vegetable stir-fry immediately with a portion of cooked brown rice.
