Lean Beef and Winter Vegetable Stir-fry with Brown Rice

- Brown Rice100 g
- Carrot100 g
- Onion50 g
- Garlic10 g
- Sesame Oil8 ml
- Salt1 pinch
- Black Pepper1 pinch
- Cabbage250 g
- Ginger5 g
- Soy Sauce15 ml
Instructions

Step 1: Cook brown rice according to package instructions. While rice cooks, slice beef into thin strips, shred cabbage, julienne carrots, mince onion, garlic, and ginger.

Step 2: Heat half of the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add beef strips and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Add the remaining sesame oil to the pan. Add onion, garlic, and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
