Lean Beef and Winter Vegetable Stir-Fry
A quick and hearty stir-fry featuring lean beef sirloin strips cooked with seasonal cabbage, carrots, and onions, seasoned with savory soy sauce and a hint of garlic and ginger.

- Rice Vinegar7.5 ml
- Carrot100 g
- Onion50 g
- Garlic5 g
- Olive Oil15 ml
- Rice Vinegar7.5 ml

- Cabbage200 g
- Soy Sauce15 ml
- Sesame Seeds5 g
Instructions

Step 1: Slice beef sirloin into thin strips. Shred cabbage, julienne carrots, thinly slice onion, and mince garlic.

Step 2: Heat half the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add beef strips and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.
